I’m trying to hire a car for my holiday. Can I do that?

Eurohaus Pty. Ltd. offers accident loan cars to eligible drivers who have been involved in a car accident that wasn’t their fault. We suggest you talk to a hire car company.

I had a car accident with a kangaroo or another type of wild animal. Am I eligible for a hire car?

We provide vehicles to not at fault drivers who have been in a collision involving a vehicle owned or operated by another insured party If your vehicle has been damaged by a straying animal (farm or pet) that has an owner and fault is acknowledged, you may be eligible for a replacement vehicle . Please contact us to discuss your eligibility

How long does it take to assess an application?

It takes between 24-48 hours to assess an application depending on liability confirmation from the at fault party’s insurer. In many circumstances, however, we can provide a loan car within the hour, so please call us to discuss your specific situation

What does like-for-like vehicle mean?

“Like-for-like” means a vehicle of similar size and quality to your car. If we don’t have something similar available, we’ll discuss alternatives with you to ensure the loan car suits your needs and lifestyle.

Where do I pick up and return the car? Can you deliver the replacement car to my work?

We arrange to deliver and collect the vehicle at a time and location that are convenient to you, including your home, office or the panel shop when you drop off your own car for repairs.

I’m the not at fault driver and my vehicle is in for repairs. Can I hire a car while it's being repaired?

Eligible not at fault drivers are entitled to an accident loan vehicle of the equivalent value of their own vehicle for the duration of the repairs.

I was at fault in an accident. Can I hire a car from Eurohaus Pty. Ltd.?

Eurohaus Pty. Ltd. is designed to assist drivers who are not at fault in an accident. You should check with your insurance provider if you have a hire car inclusion in your policy.

I don’t have the at fault driver’s details. Am I eligible for an accident loan car?

It is important in any accident to ensure you get the details of the other driver, regardless of fault, including car registration and insurance information. Unfortunately, without these it can be very difficult to get what you are legally entitled to, as the cost of the loan car is recovered through the at fault party or their insurer.

I'd like a diesel OR a hybrid car. Is this possible?
